I have a lot of experience conducting market research. Qual and quant, operations and client consulting.

I’ve written pages and pages of paragraphs. Questionnaires, instructions, manuals, descriptions, memos, reports, copy. My strengths are logic and simplicity.

I’m good at asking questions, and writing and talking about the answers. What can I do for your project?

I did market research on the 28th floor here. Project management, client consulting, data analysis.

Ask me how I landed a corner office — twice.

Two different corners.

I ran marketing for the largest septic services company in Oregon. Facebook advertising, Google Analytics, ROI calcs, copywriting.

(This is a new septic tank about to be installed about eight feet underground.)

I conducted 10 focus groups in 10 days on two coasts in five cities.

Philadelphia, Boston, Tampa, Los Angeles. And Tulsa.

Can I ask you a question?

I hope so, because it’s my favorite thing to do. I’ve designed dozens of market research surveys and moderator guides. My brain is optimized for social science.

After I ask questions, I analyze the answers and recommend a plan of action.

I’ve delivered dozens of presentations and research reports, to VPs and department heads, engineers, marcomm, sales execs, and CS reps.

Customer service manager for an industrial laundry.

We supplied 12 hospitals and 70 clinics. Big laundry.

Market research call center manager.

I hired, scheduled, and coached 70 interviewers and six supervisors. I estimated costs and managed budgets.

We inventoried 40,000 unique part numbers and delivered 3,500 parts daily.
